Great Music, Great Talent
I always boast of Guyanese talent and skills. Dave Martins is a true example of my belief that Guyana produced some of the best musicians in the world. Dave, I hope you continue to play music, write songs and produce albums. God bless!

Great Music
I love the tradewinds tracks. I listen then all the time. I have four Cds and my best is cricket in the jungle. Dave and the boys should do some more albums. Cheers..

Tradewinds live shows?
I found the music of the Tradewinds ten years ago and I have been a fan ever since.I live in Spain and would like to visit Cayman or wherever if it is possible to see the band performing live. Can anyone help?

Guyanese in Antigua
I am a proud Guyanese living in Antigua for the past 23 years. Left Guyana in 1979. A friend of mine sent me an excerpt of Dave's recent address to Guyanese in Orlando. Found it as hilarious and nostalgic as she suggested. So proud of the Tradewinds. "They can't stop we wherever we go". We are proud, culturally strong and not ashamed of our country. Long live the Guyanese spirit.

Retired Airline pilot.
re: your orlando speech. Very true about our Guyanese heritage Dave. I would not trade it for the world. getting ahead in canada was effortless because of our upbringing..I was born in Skeldon. 28 years ago I was a junior Captain on contract to the USAF flying out of Cambridge bay on the Dew Line. The chief mechanic was from leeds on the courantyne. We had the same discussion about our guyanese heritage. I also know your friend Vibert Cambridge. I attended Queen's College. I am not half as smart as he is though.
